As soon as a request for web design is received, we will contact you about your needs.

This involves information gathering, purpose of the site, your targeted audience, research, comparison studies, any anticipated maintenance needs (i.e. updating the site), domain names, content and marketing.

Proposal

We will prepare a proposal that outlining the site objectives, ideas and infrastructure, preliminary site map, schedule, and estimated cost.

This proposal will be revisable until all parties are satisfied.

Site Specifications

We will prepare your specifications, including the finalised proposal and site map. (if required, domain name and site hosting information.)

Development

When all parties have agreed on the specifications, we will build your site. (including graphic design, data entry, scanning.)

Testing

We always analyse and test the website before handing over or uploading it.

Release
